Dear Dayre,

HAPPY DIWALI YALLLLLLLLL.

What I spent Diwali doing – Watching the last HP movie (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2) with πŸ‘³πŸ» while chilling at a cafe.

Honestly running out of places to go in Singapore, especially when the crazy hot weather makes being outdoors such a painnnnnnn. How do the rest of y'all cope cos I really cannot tahan πŸ™…πŸ»

So πŸ‘³πŸ» and I went to Harry Potter Studio while we were in London earlier last month and I had a really good time while he walked through the entire exhibition feeling bemused and incredulous at my love for HP.

I made him start watching the first movie and since then we've watched all seven movies already πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

For the record, I am a HUGE fan of the books, not the movies – but since the movies are more palatable, I decided to start him off on the movies first.

I think I've actually turned him into a grudging fan because since he started watching the movies, he's been asking me all kinds of Harry Potter related questions like…

"Why is Snape the Half-Blood Prince??"

"How come Voldemort's wand can't beat Harry?"

and other sorts of questions to which I am like… "YOU NEED TO READ THE BOOKSSSSS."

πŸ˜‚

Nope not spoiling it for him. The books are so much more enjoyable with so many details that are left out in the movies!

Harry's cupboard under the stairs 😍

Hagrid's hut

Hogwarts Express! πŸš‚

Miniature model of the Hogwarts Grounds!

Ollivander's Wand Shop!

And the cute cats that play Crookshanks! Read the descriptions if you can hehe they are super adorbs 🐈🐈🐈

I had butter beer ice cream!!

Damn sweet. Lol πŸ˜‚

By the way, there were three photo stations for the famous "disappearing into the wall" at Platform 9 3/4 scene lol! Very smart of the studio because it's possibly the most popular photo spot in the entire place.
