Dear Dayre,

Last night was just good ole heart to heart with one of my oldest best friends, we have been friends for half of our lives. ❤️

This girl was transferred to my school in secondary 2 and I was "assigned" to take care of her because I was quite an outspoken and outgoing kid in secondary school 😂

Not sure if we would become good friends if that didn't happen, because I wasn't part of the "in" crowd in school and she's the kind of girl both boys and girls love, yknow what I mean 😎

I look like shit in this photo but I love this girl so it's alright. ❤️

So anyway I didn't have many friends in secondary school because I was never part of any "clique" and I've always somehow preferred to form intimate friendships with smaller groups of people and individuals as opposed to being part of a clique. Also because I think I wasn't the usual sec school girl that was crayyyy over cute boys or chasing idols or whatever it is sec school girls did in my days 😂

I've always enjoyed doing my own stuff and back in secondary school I was really happy in my CCAs (choir and girl guides! Woohoo!) as well as pursuing my interests in music, learning guitar and piano from people around me and also indulging in my love for books at the library. Not quite your typical studious student though because I sucked so bad in school 😂

So I'm glad that God placed a couple of wonderful friendships that are still intact in my life up til today, like this beautiful person ☺

She's been working in Shanghai for the past couple of years so we've only met up once or twice a year which never seems long enough for us to catch up on everything, because we can share just about every single detail of our lives without fear of being judged by each other.

Had dinner together at FYR on Boon Tat Street (decent but not mind-blowing)!

Above: Seafood linguine. Fusion flavours so it had laksa and basil leaves in it. Wasn't flavourful enough for me and a tad on the dry side.

Iberico pork loin that had really good flavours but was not my preferred cut of meat. A bit too dry and tough for me.

Dessert. This was da bomb tho a pistachio pandan lava cake 😋 I loved this one!

Ended up having a midnight dip in Nicolle's pool while we carried on our conversation into the night 😂

Random much?! Lol YZ came to pick me up and send me back home at 2am 🙆🏻

Blessed to have this friendship ❤️

And one last shout-out before it hits 6pm! 🙌🏻 If you have some time, please spare me a vote at ✨www.hearmesing.com/voting/✨

I'm sure some of you own our Aiko Obi Sash Top in Black cos it's a super bestseller and it's really nice, the fabric, cutting and everything! Very work appropriate and goes well with skirts or pants.

Classic in white!!

Trust me when I say it's SUPER comfortable. The fabric is very smooth and thick and stretchy! Everyone loves this top that's all I can say.

And in a very understated grey! 😍

@cherriwong's pick for this collection.

Super cute crepe textured cut-in dress with weaved rope strap details!

We've got two colors. Pink and Navy! Yesssss pockets ftw!

My personal fav! ❤️❤️❤️

And and and this!!!

Easy to wear, comfy, and cute! Comes in XS, S , M & L. Take your pick from grey or navy!

If you're looking for work appropriate wear, the Parker Shift Dress is damn nice!!! I love the sleeves and tulip skirt. Super nice length and the back details are gorgeous!

I like the keyhole back detail. It's not revealing but adds a nice touch to the dress 😍
