HK Day 2: More FANCL fun!

Dear Dayre,

Just a lazy Saturday morning in bed, checking out my new FANCL products.

Yes, really, but again not really ๐Ÿ˜‚

I really think my ่‡ชๆ‹ is up one level liao. Cos I took this photo like….

#socialmediatruths #ormaybelies ๐Ÿ˜‚

ๆ€Žๆ ท? ๆœ‰ๆฒกๆœ‰ๅˆฎ็›ฎ็›ธ็œ‹?

ๆ˜ฏeffort็š„! Which is why you should pop over to my IG page to like my photo โ˜บ๏ธโ˜บ๏ธโ˜บ๏ธ Supportๆˆ‘ไธ€ไธ‹๏ผŒๅฅฝไธๅฅฝ?

Not too shabby an attempt at self-taking photos I must say ๐Ÿ˜‚ Though I much prefer the help of a skilled photographer hahahaa!

Breakfast at Marco Polo Hotel's buffet today! Their breakfast is really good. The egg tarts at the buffet line are sooo yummy!!! And eggs, always eggs for me at hotel breakfast ๐Ÿ˜‚

I was quite tired today after last night's late sleeping hour ๐Ÿ˜ด Good thing today's itinerary was pretty easy-going: we visited three different FANCL stores! And of course.. Were able to purchase products with a media discount ๐Ÿ˜ป (20% off for us, yay!!!!)

My owl beanie feels me. That's how I look like behind the shades today ๐Ÿ˜ด

I'm super thankful FANCL has been so very hospitable to us the past couple of days! We had a chartered mini bus to bring us around today and I was taking mini naps on the bus in between store visits.

We started off at the concept store! Really cool because they had an installation space with 360 deg digital screens for customers to experience FANCL in a different way. Definitely something different from the regular retail stores, because 2/3 of the space is dedicated to the digital installation and only 1/3 to the retail display/shop!

I ended up buying… ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿป This!!!

FANCL's Calorie Cut and Fat Burner supplements!!

A long time ago when FANCL was still in Singapore, I actually took the Calorie Cut for a couple of months, but I don't remember seeing a lot of results. This time round, I decided to try it again together with the Fat Burner supplements, because you know, I'm perpetually watching my weight and this seems promising in aiding my weight-maintenance.

You are supposed to pop the Calorie Cut pills before a big meal, and the Fat Burner pills after!

The Calorie Cut pills contain natural ingredients that supposedly binds starch and sugar to reduce your total calorie intake.

The Fat Burner supplements work together with Calorie Cut by accelerating the burning of excess calories.

And like all FANCL products, these supplements are preservative-free, without additives or harmful chemicals!

With the six boxes package,
Calorie Cut cost HKD1876 (?)
And Fat Burner cost HKD1404
for six! Each box contains 60 "servings".

I like it that it's individually packed into convenient sachets to carry around because the last time I bought them in SG, the supplements came in one pack and I had to use pill boxes for them!

Makes it so much easier now to consume them.

@chiamhuiy and I shared the six box package and so we bought 3 boxes each of CC and FB, total $230! Which lasts 3 months.

That's $77 a month, which is not cheap ๐Ÿ™„

In fact, I was very tempted to buy more supplements for whitening, collagen and all that jazz, but thinking about the long term investments…. I'll just try these two first and see how they work for me! ๐Ÿ˜

At our second FANCL store stop, I tried on some of FANCL's makeup range! Which unfortunately will not be available in Singapore, at the moment.

I like the whole concept of the products containing no preservatives or additives. It sounds like the FANCL products will be really beneficial for anyone's skin!

Another hero product at FANCL is the Tense Up supplement drink!! So it's supposed to be a magical anti-aging potion. I'm gonna wait til FANCL opens in SG to buy this because the bottles are too heavy to lug home ๐Ÿ˜‚ Also, FANCL kindly gifted us a pack of the Tense Up drinks so I'm gonna try it first before I buy!

ๅฅณไบบ็š„้’ฑ็œŸๅฅฝ่ตš. ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ

Third and last FANCL store! Which actually wasn't much different from the second one, though it had a very nice lounge area for customers ๐Ÿ˜…

I'm wearing #thevelvetdolls City Dwellers Shirt in Cream (already launched on TVD! restocking next week ^.^ my fav white shirt!), a cute mint skirt (comes in pink and black as well!) that had a layered wavy hem and a grey coat that's perfect for the not-hot-not-cold weather!

Good photo opportunity!

Group photo with the entire bunch as well as the FANCL team! โ˜บ๏ธ

After which all of us were absolutely starving and had to be fed. Thank goodness we were fed extremely well right after ๐Ÿ˜‹

The dimsum here is legittt. Such big and fresh har gao! Charsiew bao was my other favourite, as well as the charsiew cheong fan!

I didn't eat the fried stuff though, but looked good too!

The team parted ways after lunch, which marked the end of our two day itinerary with FANCL!

So from now on, it's gonna be free and easy time, wheeeee!!!

First thing we did with our free time: SHOPPING!

ๆˆ‘้ƒฝ่ทŸไฝ ่ฏดๅฅณไบบ็š„้’ฑๅพˆๅฎนๆ˜“่ตšไบ† ๐Ÿ™Š

Harbour City's Ocean Terminal (the mall is huge lah) has got SO MANY MAKEUP BRANDS. It's insaneeeeee.

Look at them pretty Lauduree blush petals. Who would bear to use them?

We spent the better portion of an hour poring over makeup at Jill Stuart! It's really the packaging ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Why so chio one!

These are my purchases of the day ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I bought a denim skirt from Style Nanda! More money fly away ๐Ÿ’ธ

๐ŸŒŸ Style Nanda denim skirt
๐ŸŒŸ Jill Stuart Loose Powder Blush
๐ŸŒŸ Jill Stuart Eyelash Curler
๐ŸŒŸ 3CE Kabuki Brush

3CE kabuki brush for HKD69! Or about SGD12.40!

It's so cheap compared to the other brushes I don't know whyyyy. And it feels SO soft. Plus a cute pouch that you can carry it around in!

Got this upon Larry's recommendation ๐Ÿ˜ป I tried it at the counter and it really works good!!!

Fits my eye shape well and the sponge on the curler is very soft which means you don't get any strange overly-kiapped lashes.

It cost HKD100 or about SGD18 ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Lastly this Jill Stuart dual-shade loose powder blush for HKD340 (SGD61) which is a bit heart pain but aiyooo the powder is soooo finely milled and shimmery! And of course the packaging is ไธ€ไธช chio.

I really controlled myself at Jill Stuart cos Cheryl bought a lot more than me ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Quite pleased with today's shopping ๐Ÿ™Š But I gotta control coz there's still 2.5 more days to go!

Ended off today with dinner at Hung Lee, so so so love! Hung Lee is a small ่Œถ้คๅŽ… at Tsim Sha Tsui and I am addicted to their ้ฑผ็šฎ้ฅบ (fish dumplings)!

Fat and juicy kiao OM NOM! I always order the "ๅ‡€" one which means soup only with no noodles ๐Ÿ˜‹

Me and my obsession with veggies again ๐Ÿ˜‚ But the ่œๅฟƒ at Hung Lee hasn't disappointed so far!

I think this is my 5th time at Hung Lee over three consecutive trips!

Beef brisket also ordered "ๅ‡€"/ala carte, there's also a noodle version but it tastes wonderful on its own. ๐Ÿ˜ป

Hung Lee never fails to satisfy my tummy. Except today's ้ธณ้ธฏ (milk tea with coffee) wasn't nice, boohoo.

Packed my luggage (more or less) and tomorrow we will be checking out and moving to an apartment in Wan Chai!

Ready to consume all my favourite HK foods. WHOOOOOP!!!

Night night โ˜บ๏ธ
