I woke up feeling like a baby elephant sat on me during the night. Ffffffffffff this insanity workout! Both YZ and I are super sore, and the worst part is I feel like I barely got 20 or 30% of the first day's workout down properly 😨 But I already feel like shit 💩 Not too sure how I'm going to get through the next 60 days, or for that matter, just today's Insanity workout. 😰
Then I went into office early today to fix up some of the furniture we got from IKEA last week and started organizing the workspace! More racks for stocks will be coming in tomorrow and I'm determined to have the office as neat and tidy as possible. But my lower back and thighs are protesting with every move I make.. 😳 I don't think it's going to be a very comfortable few days, not until my body eases into the exercise and my muscles stop quivering like jelly 😂
Of course, no point wasting all that hard work and spoiling it by eating junky food, so we were super motivated today and ate relatively healthily so far! Soft-boiled eggs for breakfast and Aston's for lunch, I had the chargrilled chicken with house salad and garden veggies! 😋 Staying away from carb-heavy foods like rice and noodles!
Seems like most of you who's tried Insanity have good things to say about it though! Come to think of it, exercise 6 days a week (compared to no exercise at all) and at such a shiong pace, seeing results also little wonder lah. Ok, I'm gonna do my best to chiong!
YZ and I may be doing our pre-wedding photoshoot in end April, so that's in just about 2 months time, hopefully we will have results to show for it by then! Go go hwaiting!! 💪

Omfgggg survived day 2 of Insanity!!!! My face is not even its usual color anymore it is PINK. 😵😵😵 Today was Plyometrics Cardio Circuit and it totally had us dyinggggg. Think non-stop jumping jacks, push-ups, squat jumps, suicide drills, upper cuts and whatnot, it was like pow pow pow 💥💥💥 *gasps for air*
YEAAAA WE GOOD! *fist pump*
