Squeezed in a few hours today to get my hair pampered at Salon Vim with @evonnz. Feels good to have a head of healthier and lighter tresses! Trying to keep the length but hairstylist say my hair gotta trim cos it's out of shape and the ends are chui. 💇 I don't mind cutting it shorter, I prefer my hair lighter too, makes life easier!
I also colored my base to a darker ash brown and did deep purple highlights, much more toned down from my previous colorful hair.
I love it!
Gonna do today's workout soon! Can't believe we are halfway through week 3 already! First month almost through 😊
The workouts are getting slightly easier now in the sense that I am trying to push myself a little harder and I don't feel like dying so quickly. But it's still very challenging!
Personally though I feel like I haven't seen much results for myself. 😔 Maybe just very slightly fitter? Still feel very fat and flabby though.
I think I'm PMS-ing too! Zzz. Feeling slightly moody, and my appetite damn good.
Like today I had soft boiled eggs for breakfast, chicken chop for lunch, soy milk for snack and subway sandwich for dinner before rehearsal. And I got back home and saw that mummy cooked and I wanna eat too! Also, sore boobies (I get that quite often before my period, sucks)
Super sian one. And I feel that this month has been very unproductive and unmotivating for me and that's bad. It's so tough to keep up with everyone and everything sigh!
I need to work harder!
I find that I can't really multitask very well. For instance, when I'm busy doing TVD, I can't take care of my blog very well. When I'm focusing on working out, I often become quite one-track mind about it and again spend less time working. When I'm doing everything else, I can't concentrate on choir.
Then still have to think about my wedding planning and all that stuff.
How to juggle everything?
Today's one hour Insanity workout done woohoo! Didn't feel like doing it at all, so I'm extremely glad that I made it through despite not giving my best effort. Can't be a great day everyday, right? Nonetheless still got almost 500 calories burnt, which I hope offsets some of today's food intake 🙈
Bringing my lil sissy out tomorrow for Japanese buffet lunch so it's gonna be sashimi overload 😋🍴🍱🍣🍥🍙 Sashimi is healthy fats ya?
