Having a massive headache first thing in the morning because TVD website is being totally screwy ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

What has been happening is that there's been a bug in the system, and this bug caused some orders to have errors. Basically, the item that was carted out by the customer successfully didn't get deducted automatically from our stock inventory.. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

And this resulted in huge discrepancy between the orders and actual stocks.. Which is why we had to refund so many customers for the last collection, because we only realised this problem after we noticed the discrepancy in the stock count.

Dunno why this thing must happen now during the most crucial period! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Got other problems too like orders paid but auto-cancelled by the website and stuff like that. Only find out after angry customer sent in email to ask why their order got cancelled ๐Ÿ˜ญ

But all these problems need time to troubleshoot and solve, cannot just fix it straight away ๐Ÿ˜ญ
