so i’ve been desperate to get rid of my arm flabs for the longest time..
guess it’s partially cos of how fat i used to be, so although i lost the weight, i didn’t work to tone up the areas and now they’re still flabby and are hanging off my arms most disgracefully! -.-

unfortunately, i still have super flabby arms which i hateeeeee!!! can’t hate any part of my body more than my arms, except maybe my thighs. even though doing pilates for the past two months has helped to tone up my arms slightly, my underarms are still flabbier than a chicken wing. sobs.

the fat/skin there hangs so loose, if i wave my arm i think it’d jiggle for the next 10 seconds lor! try the wave arms experiment and you’d know what i mean!! it’s damn gross! 🙁

we got started! 15 minutes for each area, and the machine has a few different settings: it’s powered by patented CORE™ technology featuring 3 distinct RF modes as well as an innovative 4th dimension – multi-channel mode – that simultaneously incorporates all three treatment modes!
there’s also heat involved in the treatment (to induce your cells/collagen to be remodelled effectively!) so there’s a warm sensation that gets abit hot sometimes! it’s at a temperature of 42 degrees if i’m not mistaken! 🙂 the hand piece also applies suction to the area being treated, which maximizes the penetration of RF energy in the treatment area and also increases local blood circulation, stimulates lymphatic drainage and assists in the shrinkage of fat cell volume! sounds amazing!
here’s a close up of my flabby arm being treated, the temperature was getting pretty high, so you can see there’s some redness on my arm already! 15 minutes on each arm, the process was quite comfortable! all i did is to lie down there and talk to Joey while she was doing the treatment. LOL. slight heat sensation on the arms, but nothing too painful except for one particularly hot jolt :S

DENGDENGDENG.. i lost 0.3cm on my lower arm straight away!! upper arm, added another 0.5cm HAHAHA. because the area will become slightly swollen after treatment! the swelling and redness will subside in a few days time, which would be the most accurate time to take measurements.
you will also feel that the area that’s been treated has tighter and firmer skin, and less cellulite!! (SAY NO TO ORANGE PEEL SKIN). bet you didn’t know you can do Reaction™ on your face with good results as well!!

paired the lovely with cream heels & my Tods tote. love the combination and the color blocking of the dress!!! perfect for work, i’d say. looks very corporate and smart, but definitely not boring at all 😛 wish i actually had a chance to wear office wear daily cos i think office wear is very smart and sexy looking (if you know how to carry it off well!!)
by the way, the fabric is really good, i was wearing a blavk bra too and it doesn’t show through at all! thick inner lining as well ;D
alrighty. back to replying emails again! such gloomy day, the weather is terribly depressing and sleep-inducing! :'(
